Just for Kids, Inc. has six (6) staff people.

Executive Director
Celi Van Dyke, MA, LPC
Celi serves as the liason between the Board and the Staff and visa versa. She is responsible for maintaining the grants that sustain the organization and seeking new funding. She supervises all the other staff and helps raise awareness about our programs in the community. Celi is also a licensed professional counselor and has provided therapy for our clients and extended interviews of children that give confusing statements or do not respond well to the traditional method of interviewing. Celi is also an authorized Stewards of Children Facilitator.

Child Advocacy Center Services Supervisor
Tim Vickers
Tim is responsible for coordinating the teams’ use of the two child-friendly interview facilities and conducts the initial intake of children and families that need our services.  Tim is also trained to conduct forensic interviews and helps train other forensic interviewers in the state. Tim makes referrals and links families to other services that they might need and supervises all the direct services that are provided to families.

Prevention Coordinator
Christina Bailey, MS, LSW
Christina is responsible for coordinating Just for Kids’ child abuse prevention and awareness efforts. Christina serves as Team Leader for the Raleigh-Fayette Child Protection Alliance. Christina is also an authorized facilitator of Stewards of Children and coordinates these trainings in the community.

Therapist
Tanya Lilly-Harford, MSW, LCSW
Tanya provides trauma focused therapy to the children we have interviewed that have disclosed abuse. She also provides support to non-offending caretakers and follows up with families after the interviews to assess for other needs.

Case Coordinator
Misti Campbell, LGSW, MSW
Misti is responsible for follow-up and aftercare of the children that disclose abuse. She maintains the case tracking system that helps us follow the progress of the child's investigation and treatment and makes regular contact with the child's caregivers. Misti also helps coordinate meetings of the different disciplines that may be involved with the child's case (Child Protective Service Workers, Law enforcement, Attorneys, Prosecutors, Service Providers ect.).
